Currently Bird Street ships everything UPS ground for all U.S. orders, except for Alaska and Hawaii, at a flat rate of $7.00.Orders over $75.00 will receive free standard shipping through UPS ground. We also offer 2nd Air for a flat rate of $25.00 and Overnight Air for a flat rate of $35.00.
Delivery time depends on the shipping methond selected. Standard Ground (2-10 days… depending on location), 2nd day Air or Overnight (next business day). Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping your order. We are currently using UPS to ship your package and therefore are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may have longer delivery times (5-10 business days) and may be shipped USPS.

Security: All orders placed on the Bird Street Website and your credit card information is encrypted using the latest SSL (Secured Socket Layer) certificate. Credit card information is only reused in the event there is a refund or price adjustment approved by you.
Please remember that emails are not encrypted and can at times be accessed by third parties. Therefore it is NOT a secure method in which to transmit your credit card information. We here at Bird Street will NEVER ask for your credit card information by email or use any such information transmitted by email.
We promise to NEVER sell your information to anyone! That includes your address, email, and phone. We only use those to contact you, we promise!
- Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns on most items *. If your item/items are in unused, unworn, unwashed perfect condition with tags still attached you may send it back for a full refund within 30 days of the shipped date on the original invoice. Simply mail it back to the address below with a note about why you are returning the item and we will issue you a full refund within 1 week of receiving your item. Bird Street is not responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges.
- 1. Returns/Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the shipped date on the original invoice.
- 2. All items purchased at a special event or home party are exchange only.
- 3. You may not return or exchange Sale Items.
- 4. Shipping and Handling are not refundable (unless it is our fault… wrong item, damaged etc…)
- 5. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in perfect condition with the tags attached.

- Making an exchange: If you have an item that you would like a different color or size please email us at support@shopbirdstreet.com or call us at 949-679-2659 so we can hold your item(s) so they do not sell out before we receive the original item. For exchanges there is no additional shipping charge. We will cover the cost to send the exchanged item back to you.
- Returning an Item:
- Step 1:Fill out Return/Exchange form included with your original invoice or print a copy from the link below.
- Step 2:Pack up your items for shipment
- Step 3:Cut out and attach pre-printed return label, located on the bottom of the Return/Exchange Form, to the outside of your return package.
- Step 4:Take it to your local Post Office or UPS store to mail.
- Payment and Pricing
- Pricing: Bird Street accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept Checks or Money Orders. At this time we do not accept Paypal.
- Pricing: All of our prices are in USD. If you are purchasing from another country, other than the United States, please check conversion rates with your credit card company. Bird Street is not responsible for any changes to conversion rates
